very elegant.Room was big enough for us. bed was comfortable only the pillows were very soft. the waving pool was nice touch. the property was quiet which what we were looking for. breakfast was Excellent and lots of variety.

Value of money ! If you give a tip once ! Then they would never stop knocking your door !! The water temperature was a challenge! When the mechanical eng. come to fix it , then it will be a hot water on the shower ! But after that shower , the water get back to the cold water! We may call the technician to fix it three times ! I am not sure what is the secret!

One word: location! Total unbeatable location right in front of the pyramids with exceptional views from the room and restaurant. Nothing beats that honestly. Second: staff: amazing staff who made our stay personalised. They knew it was her birthday and made it a point to wish her throughout the day! Third: the restaurant: absolutely loved the 139 restaurant and food. Are there for all 3 days that we stayed.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay, friendly and helpful. The restaurants were excellent, gourmet food and lovely ambience. Breakfast buffet was impeccable. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and the concierge arranged a tour for us to the sights. Indoor pool was lovely to use during winter months and there is a jacuzzi and steam room for adults. The spa was amazing also. The hotel is out of the city but about 30-40 min drive to the sites.

the staff were attentive courteous, smiling and always ready to help and 14 years since my last visit to the Jw Marriott I was extremely surprised that the same staff (Yousry during breakfast) that I commended via a written commendation fo rthe exceptional service was still doing the same terrific job with a great attitude and high international standard of service. Well Done JW Marriott, you set an example for all egyptian hotels to follow

Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. Large flat screen TV with a plethora of channels. Nespresso machine. Huge bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a bidet for the old fashioned. Terrace overlooking the golf course and lake with gorgeous views. Breakfast is fabulous. The variety is blinding and the quality and consistency are superb. Had lasagna at Cucina, the Italian restaurant. Best lasagna I've had in ages, and the portion was huge aaaaaaaand it was way cheaper than I thought it would be. Indoor pool is perfect. Large, well heated with massage jets for your back and feet. Arcades have lots of games. Your kids (or you) could spend hours and a lot of tokens in here easily. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

It is clean and presentable. Great customer service and check in staff was very helpful and knowledgeable (esp Marina) . We had a great stay in Cairo..
